Become a Coach

Give back to the sport you love by becoming a Coach & Mentor for Beat the Streets Bay Area.

Depending on the program, practices will be held between 2-3 days per week at various times.

Assistant coach positions (volunteer or paid) are available at some programs. 

To become a coach, all coaching candidates must:

  • submit an application and resume

  • be interviewed

  • complete all required paperwork and clearances (including background check, Live Scan, Safe Sport, TB clearance, First Aid/CPR)

  • BTSBA Coaches Seminar

  • USAWrestling Copper Coaches Training

Volunteer

Give back to the sport you love by becoming a Volunteer for Beat the Streets Bay Area.

Depending on the time of year, there is always a need for volunteers to help with our programming. Whether it’s a match night, community event or fundraising activity, please consider joining the team.

Some volunteer opportunities may require the following:

  • complete all required paperwork and clearances, including: background check, Live Scan, Safe Sport, TB clearance, First Aid/CPR)
