with AIM HIGH
Reggie Lee, Jay Jackson, and Daniel McCune will be running a 5 week, 10 session, enrichment program in partnership with Aim High’s Distance Learning Summer program. We have 33 students signed up and this page will be the home of everything BTS Summer 2020 with Aim High.
Coach Jay Jackson earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stanford University in 1995 and a Master of Arts in Education from Pacific Lutheran University in 1999. Before teaching, Jackson served as the Assistant Wrestling Coach at Stanford University for seven years, helping the team to a top-20 finish in the NCAA and the program’s first individual NCAA champion.
Coach Daniel McCune is a founding Board Member of Beat the Streets Bay Area. He has worked as a teacher and wrestling coach at Fremont High School in Sunnyvale, CA for the last 12 years. His involvement in the sport of wrestling has spanned more than 20 years, including time working with UC Davis Wrestling, West Coast Wrestler, Harbor High Wrestling, Sunnyvale Wrestling Club, Wrestler Nation, and California USA Wrestling.

Coach Reggie Lee was a four year starter and NCAA qualifier at Harvard. He graduated in 2004 with a degree in History after serving as a Co-Captain his senior year. After graduation, Lee moved to Virginia Beach, VA and spent several seasons serving as an assistant high school coach for Franklin W Cox High School.
